Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October is the cheapest of the four. Measured across the 19 hotels priced in every weekend, it sits 19% below Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October. The first three weekends of the month price within a few percent of each other, so the real choice is whether to avoid the last one.

Friday 23 to Sunday 25 October prices 19% above the cheapest weekend, and the number of discounted hotels drops from 55 the weekend before to 20 on the last one. The first three weekends hold close together, so both the price jump and the thinner choice are concentrated right at month’s end, as October moves toward the UAE’s busier cooler season.
What does the percentage on each hotel mean?
It is the discount attached to that hotel’s own rate for that weekend, as Wego recorded it when we sampled. It is not a comparison against another weekend or against last year. A large percentage on an expensive property still leaves an expensive night, so read it beside the nightly price.
Are the prices per night or for the whole stay?
Both are shown. The large figure is one night and the smaller one is the full two-night stay, each for two adults sharing one room, taxes and fees as the provider quoted them. Every figure is a “from” price and moves with demand.

- Four searches, one per Friday-to-Sunday weekend in October 2026 that falls fully inside the month, each priced in AED for two adults in one room over two nights. AED because the readers are already in the UAE.
- Each search was filtered to properties at four stars or better with a guest score of 8.0 or above that carried a discounted rate, then paged to the end of the result set. The ten largest discounts in each weekend are shown.
- The discount is the figure Wego publishes against the rate, not one we calculated. Where a rate carries a promotional label its pre-discount price is a derived figure, so no pre-discount price is printed anywhere on this page.
- The weekend-to-weekend comparison uses only the 19 properties that returned a discounted rate in all four weekends, so it measures the same hotels each time rather than a changing mix. It compares the middle price of that set, which one very expensive property cannot move.
- The three best hotels are drawn from the 19 properties that clear the same bar as the weekend pick, ordered by the deepest discount each reaches anywhere in the month. That figure is not printed beside them: it belongs to one weekend, and the widget above is what prices weekends. The weekend named against each is the one where that property is cheapest.
- Discount coverage varies between reads, so a property missing from a weekend here is not proof it has no offer then. Star ratings were checked first: 17 of 50 unfiltered Abu Dhabi properties returned zero or one star, almost all budget rooms and serviced apartments below this page’s four-star floor, so they do not affect the hotels shown here.
