We looked at every hotel search on Wego over the last 30 days and ranked Abu Dhabi by pure demand — not by who paid us, not by who has the best PR. Then we pulled live rates on all ten. Here is where the city is actually going, and what it costs.

The short version
All ten, ranked by demand
Abu Dhabi is the rare Gulf city where the beach resorts are the ones on sale. Demand for Abu Dhabi hotels on Wego rose +3% from June 2026 to July 2026 — and the ten properties below moved faster still, up +5%.
Four of the ten sit on Yas Island, and all four are priced below what travellers have recently been paying — the WB by nearly half, the Hilton by roughly a third. The other six are on the Corniche or downtown, from $69 to $136, and four of those six are asking more than their own 30-day average. The island is discounting; the mainland is not — however you are flying into Abu Dhabi.
How this list was built. Every hotel here earned its place through demand, not placement. We ranked Abu Dhabi properties by search demand from real Wego travellers over the 30 days to 5 August 2026, then compared full-month July against full-month June to see which way demand was moving. Live nightly rates were pulled from Wego on 6 August 2026 for a sample stay, Fri 11 – Sun 13 Sep 2026, two adults sharing one room, taxes included.

The one everybody wants
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center
The most-clicked hotel in Abu Dhabi is a suite block behind the Corniche that costs $70 a night.
Hawthorn Suites went from 316 clicks in June to 411 in July, the biggest month-on-month jump on this list at +30.1%, and it managed it without a beach, a brand-name restaurant or a view worth photographing. What it has is space: suites with kitchenettes, 5.2 km from the centre, and 4,795 guest reviews averaging 8.3. The $70 rate for our September weekend is actually 25% above the $56 travellers have been paying here over the last 30 days, which suggests real demand rather than a fire sale. Free cancellation comes attached, so there is no penalty for holding the room while you decide.

Five-star fittings, four-star money
Royal M Hotel Abu Dhabi by Gewan
A five-star at Al Bateen Marina for $136, and demand that has barely twitched in two months.
Royal M is the steady one — 336 clicks in June, 357 in July, a +6.3% nudge rather than a surge. It sits 4.1 km from the centre with an outdoor pool, valet parking and a spa, and holds an 8.5 across 4,259 reviews. At $136 for our sample stay it is asking 18% more than its $115 30-day average, which is the mainland pattern in September in one number: no discounting, because nothing is forcing it. Worth noting there is no free cancellation on this rate.

The priciest room, the deepest cut
The WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection By Hilton
The most expensive room on this list has fallen the furthest in demand — and cut its price the hardest.
The WB is the Warner Bros. property on Yas Bay, and it carries the best guest score in the top ten: 9.1 from 5,902 reviews. It is also the only hotel here to shed serious demand, dropping from 449 clicks in June to 387 in July, down 13.8%. Our September rate of $305 sits 48% below the $582 travellers have been paying across the last 30 days — the widest gap on this list by some margin. Free cancellation applies, which on a $305 room is worth more than it sounds.

The cheapest room in the top ten
City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel
The cheapest room in Abu Dhabi’s top ten is $69, and it outscores three of the five-stars above it.
City Seasons Al Hamra sits at the junction of Najdah and Electra in the City Center, 4.2 km out, and it is the value anomaly of this list: 5,985 reviews averaging 8.7, which is higher than the W, the Ramada and the Hawthorn. Demand rose 21.5% between June and July, from 260 clicks to 316 — the second-fastest riser here. The $69 rate is only 6% above its $65 30-day average, so this is roughly what the hotel always goes for rather than a September special. Free cancellation is included.

A 9.0 with a third off
Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island
A 9.0 on Yas Island for $271 — roughly a third below what people have been paying here.
The Hilton sits in the middle of the Yas Bay cluster on price and at the top of it on score, holding 9.0 across 3,822 reviews. Demand slipped 4.8% between June and July, from 312 clicks to 297, and the rate has come down with it: $271 for our September weekend against a $398 30-day average, a 32% gap. The amenity list is short by Yas standards — pool, spa, gym, restaurant — but it is 4.4 km from the airport, the closest of any hotel in this top ten. Free cancellation applies.

The new arrival on Yas Bay
Doubletree By Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences
The residences option on Yas Bay, $210 a night and the only island property gaining demand.
Doubletree Yas Island Residences is the newest property in this top ten and the review count shows it: 1,496, against 5,902 next door at the WB and 9,895 at the Radisson. The 9.0 score is strong but rests on a thinner base than the rest of this list, so weigh it accordingly. Demand grew 7.7% month on month, from 233 clicks to 251 — the only Yas Island hotel here moving up rather than down. At $210 the September rate runs 30% under the $302 average, with free cancellation attached.

The most-reviewed hotel here
Radisson Blu Hotel & Resort, Abu Dhabi Corniche
Nearly ten thousand reviews, an 8.9, a private beach, and $131 a night.
The Radisson Blu on the Corniche has 9,895 guest reviews — more than any other hotel on this list — and still holds an 8.9, which is the harder trick. It is 5.3 km from the centre with beach access, a kids’ club and a game room, which explains why it keeps surfacing in family searches. Demand was effectively flat, up 3.7% from 241 clicks to 250, and at $131 the rate is within a dollar of its $132 30-day average. There is no free cancellation on this one, so book it when you mean it.

Popular in spite of the score
Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche
The lowest guest score in the top ten, and still one of the most-clicked hotels in the city.
Ramada by Wyndham Abu Dhabi Corniche carries an 8.0 across 8,497 reviews — the weakest score on this list — and pulled 264 clicks in July regardless, because it is a downtown four-star with an outdoor pool at $88. Demand actually eased 2.9% from June’s 272. The September rate is 19% above the $74 travellers have been paying, so this is not the month it looks cheap against itself. No free cancellation either.

The cheapest way onto the island
W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island
The cheapest way onto Yas Island is the hotel built over the racetrack — $176, breakfast included.
W Abu Dhabi straddles the Yas Marina Circuit, 23.1 km from the mainland centre, and it is the fastest-rising island property here: up 14.8%, from 223 clicks in June to 256 in July. At $176 it undercuts the Doubletree, the Hilton and the WB while sitting 15% below its own $208 30-day average. The rate includes breakfast and free cancellation, the only one in this top ten to do both. The 8.7 across 3,709 reviews is the lowest of the four island hotels, though not by much.

The cheapest five-star on the list
Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana
$105 for a five-star with its own beach, and demand that has not moved in two months.
Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan is the flattest entry on the board: 209 clicks in June, 210 in July, a +0.5% change that amounts to statistical noise. It is also the cheapest five-star here at $105, a Corniche West property with beach access, an outdoor pool, an indoor play area and 8,976 reviews averaging 8.9. The rate is 7% below the $113 average — a mild discount rather than a real one. No free cancellation, which is the trade you make for the price.

Flat city-wide demand has not stopped the Yas Island resorts from cutting: all four island properties on this list are priced below their own 30-day averages for our September sample, while the mainland hotels are holding firm or edging up. 8 of the ten hotels above are still under $250 a night for our sample stay, and 6 of them currently include free cancellation — so you can hold a room now and decide later.
