Europe: Sharjah’s First UK Route and Daily Rome
London Gatwick launched June 26) as Air Arabia’s first-ever direct service between Sharjah International Airport and the United Kingdom.
The airline operates it twice daily on the Airbus A321neo LR, making it the only non-stop connection between Sharjah and any UK airport.

On July 1, Rome Fiumicino joins as a daily route with bookings available through Air Arabia. It becomes Air Arabia’s second Italian destination from Sharjah after Milan Bergamo, operated on the A320neo.

Syria Expansion: Aleppo from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi
Air Arabia added Aleppo as a daily route from Sharjah from July 4.

Regional Routes: Osh, Amman, and Alexandria
Air Arabia resumed its Osh route from Sharjah on June 22, restoring a key air link between the UAE and Kyrgyzstan’s second-largest city in the Fergana Valley.
The route serves a significant population of Central Asian workers and expatriates moving between the Gulf and southern Kyrgyzstan.
In Jordan, Air Arabia Abu Dhabi now operates into two Amman airports — Queen Alia International and Amman City Airport (ADJ) — after the city airport route launched in May 2026 on three flights per week.
Further south, Air Arabia Egypt launched a direct Alexandria–Amman service on June 15, running four times per week from Borg Al Arab International Airport and bypassing the Cairo hub for Egypt–Jordan travellers.
