Air Cairo continues to direct passengers to its official booking, My Booking and Flight Status tools. For departures more than 3 days away, the airline says passengers should check schedules.

Air Cairo’s official route map lists domestic Egyptian points, Saudi destinations, European routes, Libya, Kuwait, Bahrain and UAE destinations. The route map is not a same-day operating guarantee, so use it with the flight-status tool.
The EASA Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman bulletin, revised 31 August and valid until 30 September 2026 unless reviewed earlier, advises against operations over specified Gulf waters, with an exception for necessary arrivals and departures in the Persian Gulf FIRs. It calls for caution over land and current risk assessments. Saudi Arabia is not among this bulletin’s five affected states.
Domestic Routes (Egypt)
- Listed points: Hurghada (HRG), Sharm El Sheikh (SSH), Luxor (LXR), Aswan (ASW), Alexandria / Borg El Arab (HBE), Sohag (HMB), Marsa Alam, Marsa Matruh, Cairo, Abu Simbel, Asyut and El Alamein are listed on Air Cairo’s route map.
- Cairo terminal: Air Cairo says international Cairo arrivals and departures use the Seasonal Terminal, while domestic operations use Terminal 3 at Cairo International Airport.
Saudi Arabia
- Listed points: Jeddah (JED), Riyadh (RUH), Medina (MED), Dammam, Yanbu, Gassim and Abha appear on Air Cairo’s route map.
- Published service: Wego’s timetable lists Cairo–Jeddah SM 953 on Wednesdays at 00:01–02:10 local time for 7 September–25 October. This is one scheduled service, not the entire route frequency or a live flight confirmation. Air Cairo says its Jeddah operations will transfer to Terminal 4 on 11 October 2026.
UAE, Kuwait and Bahrain
- UAE: Air Cairo’s route map lists Dubai, Al Ain and Abu Dhabi. The UAE GCAA’s active arrival capacity circular allows temporary departure stops from regional airports when UAE arrival delays, blocked runways or ATC flow-control needs require it.
- Kuwait: Wego’s published timetable lists Sohag–Kuwait SM 405 on Saturdays at 06:00–08:30 local time through 25 October. No Cairo–Kuwait SM entry was returned by the same check; this does not establish that route is suspended.
- Bahrain: Bahrain appears with an asterisk on Air Cairo’s route map, and the map notes that asterisked destinations are codeshare flights operated by EgyptAir. A map listing does not confirm a particular codeshare departure or seats; no current Bahrain flight was independently confirmed in this review.
Cairo Airport: Check Live Boards Before Leaving
Cairo International Airport’s flight-information page publishes live flight fields such as airline, flight number, terminal and status. Air Cairo also says online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.
