For foreign residents, the deadline has been set for 30 December 2024. Biometric registration is mandatory for all, and failure to comply will result in restricted access to public sector services.
To accommodate the increased demand, the operating hours of biometric fingerprinting centers have been extended, now open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. Before visiting a center, citizens and residents must submit their application through the Sahel system.
With the deadline approaching, it is critical that all individuals complete their registration to maintain uninterrupted access to government services.
