The change is about speed, not a new visa type. The same single-entry tourist visa exists — applications are simply processed faster through GDRFA’s digital channels and accredited tourism offices.
Fees and Validity
The fee depends on how long you plan to stay. Both options are single-entry, and a 5% VAT applies on top of the base fee.

How to Apply

Your sponsor must be a registered establishment in the tourism sector. Prepare the following before you start:
- One personal photograph
- A copy of your valid passport (at least six months’ validity)
- A national ID card from your home country — required for certain nationalities, including Iraq, Pakistan, Iran and Afghanistan
