Emirates has announced a new daily non-stop service between Dubai and Hangzhou starting 30 July 2025, marking the airline’s fifth destination in mainland China after Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.
The service will utilize a three-class Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, offering 2,478 weekly seats.
Dubai to Hangzhou: Flight EK310 will depart Dubai at 09:40 and arrive in Hangzhou at 22:00 (local times).
Hangzhou to Dubai: Flight EK311 will depart Hangzhou at 00:10, landing in Dubai at 04:55 (local times).
The new flights provide seamless connections to Emirates’ extensive network, including 38 European, 22 African, and 11 Middle Eastern destinations, alongside direct links to Brazil and Argentina.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, highlighted Hangzhou’s role as a global hub for innovation and e-commerce, emphasizing that the route will boost economic ties between China and the UAE.
Hangzhou, home to Alibaba Group, is a leading city in China’s booming digital economy. Travellers will be able to explore both the city’s vibrant technology sector and its renowned historical sites, such as the UNESCO-listed West Lake.
The new route also strengthens Emirates SkyCargo’s capabilities in East Asia, facilitating efficient transport of electronics, pharmaceuticals, perishables, and e-commerce products between China and markets in Africa, Latin America, and the Gulf Cooperation Council.
