Rebooking and Refunds for Emirates Kolkata Flights

Emirates has extended its crisis rebooking and refund waiver to cover all flights booked for travel through 30 April 2026. This is the airline’s disruption-specific policy — not its standard commercial terms — and it has been extended twice since first being announced in early March.

• Free rebooking: If your original travel date falls between 28 February and 30 April 2026, you can rebook onto another Emirates flight to the same destination — or a different destination in the same region — for travel on or before 15 June 2026, with no change fees.
• Full refunds: If your flight was cancelled, or you choose not to travel on a booking made between 28 February and 30 April, you can request a full refund without penalty via Emirates’ online refund form.
• New bookings from 2 April: Tickets issued on or after 2 April 2026 come with one complimentary date change in all cabin classes, with no end date on this policy.
