Piacere dei Traversi

Moroccan Electro Wave

Stray Kids
In celebration of Korean National Day, the boy group Stray Kids is expected to perform live at at Jubilee Park. The eight-member group was selected as Korea Pavilion’s star ambassador which may grant them an invitation to perform a concert outside of their pavilion.

Piazza Vittorio Orchestra
Formed in 2002 in Rome’s multi-ethnic Esquilino district, the Orchestra di Piazza Vittorio has gathered a host of musicians from across the globe. This is the story of their journey from their native countries to Rome, share their incredible experience.

Sounds of Aotearoa – Sol3 Mio
Enjoy opera music with a twist. Sol3 Mio is an operatic pop vocal trio from Aotearoa (that’s New Zealand for you folks without a dictionary). Its Samoan-descended brothers Pene and Amitai Pati, both tenors, sing with their baritone cousin, Moses Mackay. It’s a musical fusion that nods to their heritage.

Myanmar Harp (Musical Instrument)

Al – Mas Folkloric Kuwaiti Band
Al-Mas band is regarded as one of the great folkloric acts representing Kuwaiti folk art. Its traditional approach preserves Kuwaiti heritage and originality, whilst at the same time, its youthful membership ensures its music reflects contemporary life.

Havasi Symphonic Concert Show
World-famous Hungarian pianist and contemporary composer Balázs Havasi brings his show, part of the Hungarian National Festival event series, to thrill the Expo audience. His concert at the Shanghai World Expo Center was seen by 200 million viewers.

Starovinsko singing
A rare chance to see traditional ‘old style’ singing from Dalmatia and the Dalmatian Hinterland. This concert is performed by 2 female singers, and the style of singing is listed by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding.

National Baroque Orchestra: The Season in Music
