Business Class
flydubai’s Business Class is the highlight of its onboard offering. On newer MAX aircraft, the airline has introduced The Business Suite, a first-of-its-kind premium cabin for single-aisle jets.

Current Aircraft
The 737 MAX 8 is the workhorse of the fleet, seating around 166 to 174 passengers depending on cabin configuration. Some MAX 8 aircraft feature 10 Business Class seats, while others have 12.
The 737 MAX 9 is the larger variant with 16 Business Class seats and a total capacity of around 172 passengers, offering more premium seating for high-demand routes.
2026 Deliveries
flydubai expects to take delivery of 12 new aircraft in 2026: seven Boeing 737 MAX 9s and five MAX 8s. The heavier weighting toward the MAX 9 reflects the airline’s push to increase Business Class capacity on popular routes.
Future Fleet: 787 Dreamliners and A321neos
flydubai has ordered 30 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, with deliveries expected to begin by late 2027. These will be the airline’s first widebody aircraft, opening up longer routes and a new premium economy cabin.
