What Each Bundle Includes
Light is carry-on only and the cheapest. Value adds a checked bag, Plus adds free changes and a meal on international routes, and Premium is the wide-seat recliner cabin with lounge access. Here is how the four fares compare.

Allowances and fees are banded by route, so a checked bag on a domestic hop can differ from a long international sector. The fare grid shown on the booking screen is always the final word for your specific flight.
What It Costs to Change or Cancel
Change fees depend on your fare and whether you are flying inside Saudi Arabia or internationally. On top of any fee, you always pay the difference if the new flight costs more.
- Light: from SAR 250 domestic, from SAR 350 international, plus fare difference.
- Value: from SAR 100 domestic, from SAR 150 international, plus fare difference.
- Plus: no change fee, you pay only the fare difference.
- Premium: no change fee, you pay only the fare difference.
Any change must be made at least 4 hours before departure. flynas also gives a two-hour grace period right after payment, during which a change (not a cancellation) carries no penalty.
The waived or paid change fee only covers the act of changing. If the new flight is pricier, you pay the gap. If it is cheaper, flynas does not refund the difference.
Promotional and heavily discounted fares can be excluded from changes, and group bookings (typically 10 or more passengers) follow separate terms set out in the group contract.
Cancellation is only possible on Plus and Premium. Light and Value cannot be cancelled for credit, so if you do not fly, only the refundable taxes remain. The fee below is deducted and the balance is held as travel credit, not cash.

Refundable vs Non-Refundable, Explained
None of the flynas fares is a cash-refundable ticket in the usual sense. The two cheapest, Light and Value, cannot be cancelled at all, so missing the flight leaves you only the refundable taxes. Plus and Premium can be cancelled, but the leftover value goes back as travel credit, not money to your card.
That travel credit sits in your Credit Shell, also called the Nas wallet. It is valid for one year from the date it is issued and can be used by you or an immediate family member. It works only on bookings made directly through flynas.com or the call centre, and when you spend it you still pay any fare difference, taxes and fees in full.
There are two situations that override the normal rules:
- flynas cancels or heavily reschedules your flight: you can claim a refund back to your original payment method on every fare, including Light. Under Saudi GACA rules, long delays also bring rebooking, refund or care entitlements.
- No-show: if you simply do not turn up, the fare is forfeited on all bundles. Only the government taxes, fees and charges stay refundable, less a service charge, and you have to request them.
Adding Bags, Seats or Meals After Booking
You do not have to jump up a whole bundle to get one extra. Any fare, even Light, lets you add a checked bag, a seat or a meal afterwards through Manage Booking.
Buying online is cheaper than at the airport: pre-book an extra bag up to 12 hours before departure and you can save up to 50% on the airport rate. Add seats and meals in the same place.
There is no one-click way to swap your whole fare to a higher bundle, so compare the cost of the add-ons you need against simply buying the next fare up, which may already include them.
How to Cancel or Change Online
If you booked directly with flynas, the do-it-yourself route is the fastest:
- Go to flynas.com or open the flynas app and select Manage My Booking.
- Enter your booking reference and last name to pull up the reservation.
- Choose the flight you want to change or cancel.
- For a change, pick the new flight and pay any fee plus fare difference.
- For a cancellation (Plus and Premium only), confirm and the balance after the fee moves to your Credit Shell.
If you booked through a travel agent or an online travel site, you usually cannot self-serve. You must cancel or change through that same agent, since they hold the ticket.
To spend Credit Shell value later, log in and book directly on flynas.com or call the centre, then apply the credit at payment.

One infant is allowed per adult. A child who needs their own seat books a standard fare in the bundle you choose.
Can I earn nasmiles on any fare?
Yes. You earn nasmiles SMILE Points on every fare, including Light, on the fare paid (excluding taxes and surcharges). Higher membership tiers earn a bonus on top of the base points, and you can also earn on paid seats, meals and extra baggage.
