flynas change and cancellation fees
flynas does not charge one flat fee; the amount depends on your fare and route, and the booking system shows it before you confirm.
- Change, or cancel where your fare allows it, up to 4 hours before departure through Manage Booking or the call center.
- Change fees start around 250 SAR on Light and 100 SAR on Value domestically (350 SAR and 150 SAR international); changes are free on Plus and Premium, plus any fare difference.
- Every booking has a two-hour grace period after payment, when changes (not cancellations) carry no penalty.
Cancellation is available only on Plus and Premium fares, at about 150 SAR domestic or 200 SAR international, with the balance moved to your Credit Shell rather than returned as cash. Light and Value fares cannot be cancelled for credit; if you do not fly, only refundable taxes remain.

The Credit Shell, sometimes called the Nas wallet, holds the value left after cancellation fees. Per flynas’s FAQs, it is valid for one year from issue, works only on direct bookings via flynas.com or the call center, and can be used by you or an immediate family member. You still pay any fare difference, taxes, and fees in full when you redeem it.
When you get a cash refund
You can claim money back to your original payment method when:
- flynas cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change.
- Under Saudi GACA passenger rights, a delay of more than two hours lets you cancel for a full refund with no deduction; delays beyond five hours count as cancellations, with compensation and care.
- Taxes and government fees on an unused ticket are generally refundable even on Light, minus a service fee.
