As summer approaches and tourists worldwide plan their upcoming holidays, Gulf Air, the prestigious flagship airline of Bahrain, is set to unveil a captivating array of new flight routes to select European destinations for the upcoming season. According to Wego’s reports, Gulf Air is set to launch new A321neo and A320neo aircraft, facilitating non-stop flights to Switzerland, Spain, and Greece during the upcoming season. 


These scheduled flights, operating from June to September, will link Rhodes, Mykonos, Geneva, and Málaga. Notably, Málaga will experience an increase with the introduction of three additional weekly flights, operated by Boeing B787-9, significantly improving connectivity to these sought-after European destinations.

Rhodes, Mykonos, and Geneva will be linked by two weekly flights. These new operations, connecting the following cities, will be held between the following dates:

  • Geneva and Milan: 4 June to 27 September 
  • Mykonos and Rhodes: 1 June to 28 September
  • flights to and from Malaga will operate from 17 June until 28 September 

Furthermore, Gulf Air is strategically expanding its flight frequency to specific countries in anticipation of a substantial increase in tourist traffic.

For the upcoming summer season, the airline is set to offer six weekly flights to Rome, commencing on 10 July, ten weekly flights to Milan, commencing on 2 July, five weekly flights to Manchester, commencing on 5 July, and sixteen weekly flights to Muscat and Oman, commencing on 15 April.
