Who can perform Hajj and Umrah

Rules of Ihram

Visa, permit and health rules
For Hajj, use the official channel assigned to your country. Nusuk Hajj serves listed countries and publishes packages from authorised providers. Registration alone does not mean acceptance, and no intermediary can guarantee a permit outside the official process.
For Umrah, use Nusuk Umrah or another approved channel and confirm any required permit in the Nusuk app. A package or visa seller should be checked against the official Umrah service-provider directory when applicable.
Saudi Arabia’s current Umrah health document requires meningococcal ACYW vaccination for all Umrah travellers. Polio and yellow-fever requirements apply to listed countries, while COVID-19 proof applies to specified higher-risk groups rather than every traveller.

Conduct at the holy sites
Move calmly during tawaf and sa’i, follow crowd-control directions, and use the time slot shown in any permit. Visits to Rawdah require separate scheduling through Nusuk when slots are controlled.
