- Flex Add-On allows a 100% refund up to 31 days before race day and a 50% refund up to 7 days before race day.
- HYROX says transfers to other events and division changes are not offered for the 2026/27 season.
- The Flex Add-On cannot be added after the original booking is confirmed.
