HYROX Cairo 2026 date and time
HYROX Cairo is scheduled for Saturday, 14 November, and Sunday, 15 November 2026, according to the official event page.
Individual start times are expected closer to race weekend, as HYROX says athlete race information will be added before the event and start times will be linked about 3 days out.

The HYROX Cairo venue has not yet been announced, with the official event page currently listing the event location as “To Be Announced.”

Registration is not open yet as of 29 June 2026, and the official HYROX Cairo page currently says “Ticket sales start soon” with a notification option for interested athletes.
HYROX has not published Cairo entry prices yet, so wait for the official sale update before budgeting for singles, doubles, relay or spectator tickets.
- Choose your category carefully: HYROX says transfers to other events and division changes will not be offered for the 2026/27 season once booking is confirmed.
- Flex Lite may allow name changes: Name changes for singles, doubles and relay tickets must be made by 7:59 AM event time 1 day before race day.
- Spectator ticket rules are separate: HYROX says the Flex Lite add-on is not available for spectator tickets.
HYROX Cairo 2026 categories and facilities
Athletes over 16 can compete in HYROX, according to the official HYROX Middle East FAQ, with Pro, Open, Doubles and Relay divisions available.

- Open: the standard individual category for everyday fitness racers.
- Pro: the more demanding individual category with heavier workout weights.
- Doubles: a two-person format where partners complete the event together.
- Relay: a four-person team format where each teammate completes part of the course.
On-site benefits include a finisher patch, leaderboard result time, split timings and aid stations, with HYROX also listing age-group award ceremonies, entertainment zones and photo-purchase options on the Cairo event page.
You must bring ID for athlete check-in, and HYROX says checking in on behalf of other athletes is not allowed.
Travelling to Cairo for HYROX
If you are travelling from outside Egypt, start by checking flights to Cairo early, especially from regional hubs such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah, Kuwait City, Amman, Beirut and Istanbul.
