India is changing its outsourced passport, visa and consular service provider in the UAE, with Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC taking over from 1 July 2026.
Ahead of the handover, all regular passport, visa and attestation services in the UAE are suspended from 26 to 30 June 2026, with only emergency services available during that window.
What Is Changing
The Embassy of India in Abu Dhabi has announced a change in the outsourced service provider handling Indian passport, visa and consular service applications across the UAE.
Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC has been appointed as the new provider following the completion of the tendering and selection process. It will accept and process applications from 1 July 2026, replacing the outgoing providers, BLS International Services Ltd. and SGIVS Global.
Service Suspension: 26–30 June 2026
To allow for the handover, regular passport, visa and attestation services will pause for five days. BLS International and SGIVS Global will stop accepting new applications after the close of business on 25 June 2026, and no routine services will be available from 26 to 30 June 2026.

What Applicants Should Do
If you need passport, visa or consular services before the handover, submit your application at the existing BLS International and SGIVS Global service centres before the close of business on 25 June 2026.
After that, plan around the suspension: no routine services run from 26 to 30 June, and the new centres operated by Al Hind Tours and Travels LLC begin accepting applications from 1 July 2026.
