Is it safe to fly to Madinah now?

Madinah and the Umrah season

Pilgrims may visit Madinah during the 1448 AH Umrah season; Umrah itself is performed in Makkah. A Ministry of Hajj and Umrah permit through Nusuk is required for prayer in the Rawdah, not for ordinary prayer in the Prophet’s Mosque. Visitors need valid Saudi entry permission; an Umrah visa is not the only eligible visa type.
