Jazeera change and cancellation fees
Fees vary by fare, route and date. These are Jazeera’s published starting fees per sector and passenger.
- Basic and Comfort are non-refundable beyond applicable taxes; online cancellation closes 24 hours before departure.
- Flex cancellation starts at KWD 14 at least 4 days out and KWD 18 within 1–3 days; Flex Plus starts at KWD 12 and KWD 16. The balance becomes a one-year credit for the booking holder.
- Changes close 8 hours before departure, plus fare difference. Basic and Comfort start at KWD 20 at least 4 days out, KWD 22 within 1–3 days and KWD 24 within 8–24 hours.
- Flex changes are free at least 4 days out, then start at KWD 15 and KWD 17.5; Flex Plus is free, then KWD 12 and KWD 14.5.
Partial cancellations require a Jazeera office. The airline deducts the higher of 70% of the total fare or the flown-sector one-way fare, plus applicable fees. Your booking’s fare rules take precedence.

What you may get back on a voluntary cancellation

- For death or serious illness of you or immediate family, Jazeera may waive restrictions and offer a refund minus fees or one-year credit with documentation.
When Jazeera cancels your flight
