We looked at every hotel search on Wego over the last 30 days and ranked Jeddah by pure demand — not by who paid us, not by who has the best PR. Then we pulled live rates on all ten. Here is where the city is actually going, and what it costs.

The short version
All ten, ranked by demand
Jeddah’s hotel demand did not drift upward this summer, it jumped — and the property travellers clicked most is a beach resort 31 km outside the city. Demand for Jeddah hotels on Wego rose +76.0% from June 2026 to July 2026 — and the ten properties below rose even faster, up +76.5%.
That resort is Rixos Obhur, at $434 a night for our sample weekend, and below it the list splits about as hard as a top ten can: an $84 corniche hotel in second, a $41 aparthotel in eighth, and the Ritz-Carlton down in tenth at $294 — which is $164 below what people have actually been paying there this month. Six of the ten are still under $250 a night, and eight of the ten grew their demand by more than 70% between June and July. Every price below is for a real weekend, two adults, taxes included — however you are flying into Jeddah.
How this list was built. Every hotel here earned its place through demand, not placement. We ranked Jeddah properties by search demand from real Wego travellers over the 30 days to 5 August 2026, then compared full-month July against full-month June to see which way demand was moving. Live nightly rates were pulled from Wego on 6 August 2026 for a sample stay, Fri 11 – Sun 13 Sep 2026, two adults sharing one room, taxes included.

The one everybody wants
Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort & Villas
Jeddah’s most-clicked hotel is a 45-minute drive from Jeddah.
Rixos Obhur sits 31 km up the coast in Abhur Ash Shamaliyah, which is either the point or the problem depending on why you are coming. Demand nearly doubled month on month — 433 clicks in June, 799 in July — and it now leads the city by a margin no other property comes close to. The $434 nightly rate for our sample weekend is $96 below the $530 travellers have averaged here over the past 30 days, and the rate is all-inclusive, which is what turns a Red Sea beach resort at this price into arithmetic rather than indulgence. Its 694 guests score it 8.8, level with the Ritz-Carlton. The one thing you give up is flexibility: there is no free cancellation on this rate.

The corniche bargain
Aluya Hotel
Second place costs $84 and sits five kilometres from Al-Balad.
Aluya is doing the heaviest lifting in this ranking: 641 clicks in the past 30 days, up 94% month on month, at a rate almost nothing else on the Corniche can match. The $84 sample rate is $6 under its own 30-day average, which means this is not a flash sale — it is simply what Aluya costs. Its 1,885 reviews average 8.6, a score that would be unremarkable at $250 and is not at $84. Free cancellation is included, and there is an outdoor pool, a gym and a restaurant on site.

The one with the receipts
Jeddah Hilton
Nearly 9,000 guests have reviewed it — more than any other hotel on this list.
The Jeddah Hilton has been on North Corniche Road long enough to accumulate 8,873 reviews, and the 8.2 they average is the sound of a large hotel doing a consistent job rather than a small one doing a brilliant one. Clicks rose from 355 to 535 between June and July — the slowest growth in the top three, but off much the largest base. At $288 for our sample stay it is running $16 above its own 30-day average of $272, one of only three properties here priced over its recent norm. Free cancellation applies, which takes some of the sting out of the premium.

The best-rated of the ten
voco Jeddah Gate, an IHG Hotel
A 9.1 from 2,251 guests, and the shortest hop to Al-Balad on this list.
voco Jeddah Gate scores higher than the Rixos, the Hilton and the Ritz-Carlton, and charges $145 to do it. It is 2.7 km from Al-Balad — closer to historic Jeddah than anything else in the top ten — in the Al Fayha district off the Makkah Road. Demand climbed from 232 clicks to 410, and the sample rate sits $8 under the $153 travellers have averaged here over the past month. Indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a gym and free cancellation all come with it, which is a lot of hotel for the money.

The airport play
Sunday Gateway Jeddah Formerly Beach Garden Hotel
$42 a night, and 6.5 km from King Abdulaziz International.
Sunday Gateway — the property formerly known as Beach Garden Hotel — is the closest hotel on this list to the airport, which explains a fair share of its 368 clicks. Demand almost doubled, 196 to 382, and the $42 sample rate is exactly what travellers have averaged here over the past 30 days, so there is no discount to chase and none to miss. The 7.5 from 1,229 reviews is an honest number for a one-star: air conditioning, parking, room service, fast internet, and not a great deal else. Free cancellation is included.

The slowest riser
Prime Al Corniche Hotel
The only hotel here whose demand grew by less than 50%.
Prime Al Corniche went from 235 clicks to 326 — up 39%, which in a city where almost everything else is up 70% or more counts as standing still. It is also priced above its own recent average: $112 for our sample weekend against the $89 travellers have paid over the past 30 days, a $23 premium. What that buys is a four-star on Prince Faisal Ibn Fahd in Ash Shati with breakfast included, a spa, a gym and 2,934 reviews averaging 7.4, about a fifteen-minute walk from North Corniche Beach. There is no free cancellation on this rate.

The biggest premium
Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Corniche
$273 against a 30-day average of $191 — the widest gap on this list, in the wrong direction.
Demand at the Radisson Blu nearly doubled, 171 clicks to 326, and the rate has moved right along with it. Our sample weekend prices at $273, which is $82 above what travellers have actually been paying here across the past month — what tends to happen when a hotel gets popular faster than its room count grows. The 4,328 reviews average 8.5, the third-best score in the ten, and the address on Corniche Road in Ash Shati is genuinely on the water rather than near it. There is no free cancellation on this rate, so booking here is a commitment.

The cheapest room in the ten
City Center Plaza Aparthotel
$41 a night, free cancellation, and the thinnest review record here.
City Center Plaza is the cheapest property on this list and the only one whose score deserves a caveat: 7.0 from 360 reviews, against review counts in the thousands almost everywhere else in the ten. Clicks nearly doubled, 162 to 314, and at $41 the sample rate is $4 under its 30-day average. It is in Ar Rihab, 4.7 km from Al-Balad, with a restaurant, a spa and free cancellation. For a longer stay where the room is somewhere to sleep between other plans, the arithmetic is difficult to argue with.

The northern corniche
Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah Corniche
5,222 reviews, $174 a night, and 27 km of coast road between you and Al-Balad.
Four Points sits far up the northern Corniche, nearer Obhur than the old city, and it is the second-most-reviewed hotel on this list after the Hilton. The 8.2 average across those 5,222 reviews matches the Hilton’s exactly, at $114 a night less. Demand rose from 153 clicks to 266, and the $174 sample rate is $6 under the $180 travellers have averaged here over the past 30 days. It is 8.7 km from the airport, which turns the distance from the centre into a feature for anyone landing late. No free cancellation on this rate.

The biggest discount
The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah
$294 against a $458 30-day average — the Ritz-Carlton is $164 off its own going rate.
Tenth on demand, first on the gap between what this weekend costs and what people have been paying. Travellers have averaged $458 a night at the Ritz-Carlton Jeddah over the past 30 days; our sample stay prices at $294, taxes included, with breakfast and free cancellation. Its 3,892 reviews average 8.8 — level with the Rixos at the top of the list, and $140 a night cheaper. It is in Al Hamra on the southern Corniche, 6 km from Al-Balad, and clicks here rose 80% from 138 to 249, so this is not a hotel being overlooked. It is one that has priced a September weekend unusually low.
