Which Oman Air routes are affected?
Oman Air has not issued a current network-wide cancellation notice. Its official schedule currently accepts route searches from today to one month ahead, but the airline states that the timetable is for reference only and the times on the ticket control.

How to get a refund from Oman Air
If you booked directly with Oman Air
- For an upcoming flight, open Manage Booking and review the refund amount before confirming.
- Use the Oman Air refund form if the flight date has passed and the booking is no longer available online.
- Online refunds apply to eligible tickets issued by Oman Air and paid for by bank card. Cash purchases must be handled by the issuing Oman Air office.
- Codeshare, interline and rail or surface bookings cannot be refunded online. Contact the original sales point or Oman Air’s call centre.
If you booked through a travel agent or OTA
Contact the travel agent or online travel agency that issued your ticket. Oman Air directs agency bookings back to the issuing agent for changes and refunds.
Ask the agent whether your request is being handled as an airline cancellation or a voluntary change, because different fare conditions and charges may apply.
Refund eligibility and timeline
If Oman Air cancels before you use any part of the ticket, its Conditions of Carriage provide an involuntary refund equal to the fare paid.
If you used part of the ticket, the refund is at least the difference between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the travel already used.
Oman Air does not give a fixed processing time on its refund pages. Keep your submission confirmation and follow up with the issuing office, agent or call centre.
