Registration requirements

Required forms

Passengers flying to Pakistan must fill out their personal information on the Pass Track website and produce a paper copy of the form at check-in. Passengers must complete and upload their personal information as directed.

Before travelling to the airport, please double-check that all of the information on the form is valid. Before travelling, show the completed form (on the app or a hard copy of the uploaded information) at check-in for verification.

All travellers to Pakistan must also fill in the ‘Personal Declaration of Origin and Health’ form and then hand it over to the concerned health staff present at the airport upon arrival.

Pass Track Platform

All travellers heading to Pakistan must download and install the Pass Track app from the Google Play Store / Apple Store and submit their personal information 48 hours before arriving in Pakistan. Passengers without smartphones can submit their information on the online interface at https://passtrack.nitb.gov.pk/login.

The app is meant to assist in the assessment and tracking of national and international travellers arriving in Pakistan from other Covid-19 countries that have been affected. The software has a QR and Barcode scanning capability that allows you to scan your Pakistani National Identity Card.

The programme has a clever option for scanning a passport with an MRZ reader, making it easier for travellers to fill out essential basic information while being evaluated for COVID asymptotic symptoms.

Following passengers shall be exempted from both RT-PCR testing and PASS TRACK app uploading requirement:

  1. Children below the age of 12 years.
  2. High-level international delegations
  3. Pakistani Deportees and Crew are exempted from having the Pass Track App; however, they must still get tested on arrival using Rapid Antigen Testing and if positive will need to undergo home quarantined for 10 days.
