PAL’s Dubai restart notice specifies four weekly flights: PR 658/659 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2 October. Wego’s timetable lists Manila–Doha PR 684 daily at 19:00–23:40 local time through 18 October; this is a schedule, not a live flight or seat confirmation.
What’s scheduled and what remains suspended
Manila–Dubai remains awaiting its announced 2 October restart. Manila–Doha is no longer accurately described by the expired June cancellation notice. The earlier Saipan runway-repair suspension does not establish current flight status.
EASA’s Persian Gulf and Gulf of Oman bulletin, revised 31 August and valid until 30 September 2026 unless reviewed earlier, advises against flights over specified Gulf waters, with an exception for necessary arrivals and departures in the Persian Gulf FIRs. It calls for caution over land and current risk assessments; it is not a blanket airport closure.

The Dubai restart notice specifies PR 658 departing Manila at 12:50 and arriving Dubai at 18:00; PR 659 departs Dubai at 19:45 and arrives Manila at 09:10 the following day. Times are local. Both are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 2 October.
What’s still operating
PAL continues to publish domestic and international services. Dubai has an announced future restart, while Doha has September timetable entries; this does not establish normal operation across the entire network.
North America and the Pacific
PAL lists long-haul destinations in North America and the Pacific. The date-bounded timetable entries below distinguish verified schedules from general network destinations.
- Los Angeles — published nonstop service; the timetable check returned PR 102 on 12 September at 22:15–20:40 local time, not a complete current daily frequency
- New York JFK — thrice-weekly nonstops
- San Francisco — published nonstop route; current daily frequency not verified

Manila–Riyadh
PAL’s official fare page advertises Manila–Riyadh departure on 16 September 2026 with return on 22 October. A current Bangkok refuelling-stop requirement was not verified; the itinerary issued for the selected date determines the routing.
- Routing — do not assume a Bangkok stop is required on every Riyadh flight.
- Journey time — any technical stop or rerouting can extend the scheduled journey.
- Monitor updates — use the routing and timings on your current itinerary.
Domestic Philippines
PAL and PAL Express continue to serve domestic Philippines routes, with Manila, Cebu, Clark and Davao among the airline’s hubs.
Key domestic routes include Manila to Davao, Iloilo, Bacolod, Cagayan de Oro, Tagbilaran and Puerto Princesa.
Rebooking and refund options
Passengers whose flights are cancelled should request the applicable rebooking or refund options from PAL or the ticket seller. The exact alternatives depend on the cancellation notice and ticket; an old Middle East waiver is not a current blanket entitlement.
- Rebooking — request another available PAL flight under the conditions applying to the cancellation.
- Travel credit — ask whether credit is available under your cancellation notice; a current 20% bonus was not verified.
- Refund — request the applicable refund for a cancelled flight, with processing and bank posting times varying by payment channel.
Passengers who booked through a travel agency should coordinate directly with that agency. PAL asks affected travellers to confirm booking status before proceeding to the airport.

When will Manila–Dubai and Manila–Doha flights resume?

Do I have to deplane in Bangkok on the Riyadh flight?
