What is a POC?

The Pakistan Origin Card or POC is an identity card issued to Pakistani-origin individuals who have relinquished their Pakistani citizenship. While a POC holder is not considered a Pakistani citizen, they are allowed to travel to and reside in Pakistan without a visa as long as the POC remains valid.
