Qatar Airways announced on 10 June 2026 that it will fly daily between Doha (DOH) and Philadelphia (PHL) from 1 August.
The return restores a route the airline dropped in 2023, and lifts its North American network to 14 destinations.
The service is operated by Qatar Airways using the Airbus A350-900, one of the carrier’s long-haul widebodies.
According to the airline, the resumption reflects its commitment to the US market and feeds traffic to and from Africa, Asia and the Middle East through its Doha hub.
Flight schedule and what’s on board
The daily rotation runs in both directions every day from 1 August, with a morning arrival into Philadelphia and a late-evening departure back to Doha.

- QR727: Doha (DOH) departs 08:00, arrives Philadelphia (PHL) 15:05
- QR728: Philadelphia (PHL) departs 21:30, arrives Doha (DOH) 17:00 the next day
