Ryanair has opened five new routes from Rabat for summer 2026, connecting Morocco’s capital to Germany, Portugal and Italy.
It is the most relevant part of the airline’s record summer schedule for North African travellers and the large Moroccan diaspora in Europe.
Ryanair also added fresh services from Manchester, London and Tirana in the same expansion, with the latest of these routes taking off in early June.
Ryanair’s new Morocco routes from Rabat
Travellers in Morocco gained five new Ryanair routes from Rabat for summer 2026, all operating twice weekly.
Ryanair confirmed the new Rabat services began in early April, connecting the Moroccan capital to Germany, Portugal and Italy:
- Baden-Baden: 2 weekly flights
- Frankfurt Hahn: 2 weekly flights
- Porto: 2 weekly flights
- Nuremberg: 2 weekly flights
- Pisa: 2 weekly flights
The Rabat routes are part of Ryanair’s new fifth Moroccan base, which lifts the airport’s summer 2026 capacity by around 45% as part of a record schedule across 13 Moroccan airports.
For North African travellers and the large Moroccan diaspora in Europe, these Rabat routes are the most directly relevant part of Ryanair’s 2026 expansion.

Manchester: Castellón and Rimini
From Manchester, the airline added two new Italian and Spanish links that began in early June:
- Castellón: 2 weekly flights, first flight 1 June
- Rimini: 2 weekly flights, first flight 3 June
Tirana: six new routes
The biggest single cluster of new routes is built around Tirana in Albania, where Ryanair launched six new services in the first week of June:
- Alghero: 2 weekly flights
- Eindhoven: 3 weekly flights
- Wrocław: 3 weekly flights
- Genoa: 4 weekly flights
- Baden-Baden: 4 weekly flights
- Memmingen: 4 weekly flights
London and the UK
Ryanair calls its summer 2026 London programme a record schedule, operating 194 routes including five new ones.
The airline confirmed the new London routes in April, splitting them across Luton and Stansted:
Ryanair also added extra frequencies on more than 50 routes, including popular sun destinations such as Alicante, Barcelona, Faro, Lisbon, Madrid, Malaga and Malta.
To support the growth, Ryanair based one additional aircraft at Stansted, taking its London fleet to 57 aircraft.
The airline describes its UK growth as deliberately “modest,” and CEO Michael O’Leary blamed the UK’s Air Passenger Duty for limiting faster expansion at regional airports.
Ryanair is also growing its bases in Poland, with seven aircraft based at Warsaw Modlin for summer 2026, operating 49 routes including seven new ones.
