The Umrah is a minor and non-compulsory pilgrimage that any able-bodied Muslim with the financial means to do so may undertake in order to gain the blessings and favour of the Almighty Allah.

Pilgrims looking to fulfil this religious calling must first obtain an Umrah visa. However, to avoid the long and tedious process of visiting an embassy to apply for a visa, pilgrims from eligible countries can now apply for the Umrah e-visa, which takes around five to thirty minutes to get processed.

Here is everything you need to know about the Umrah e-visa, its requirements, eligible countries, the application process, processing time, fees and more.
