Travel to Andorra can only be done through France or Spain which have restrictions in place. All tourists traveling around Spain and France who want to enter Andorra can do so as long as they show a national ID or passport and documentation justifying their stay in Andorra.

Fully vaccinated travelers must have a vaccination certificate showing they received their last dose at least 14 days before travel.
