US To Bahrain Travel Restrictions, Flights News & Travel Ban In 2021 – Advisory & Requirements

Bahrain: Open for Travel

Entry is allowed for international travelers
Travelers coming from selected countries who do not have a travel history in selected countries within the last 14 days are allowed to enter.

No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Travelers with a vaccination certificate recognized by the Bahrain government are not required to quarantine upon arrival.

COVID-19 test not required

No proof of negative COVID-19 test results for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers from selected countries are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test result.

Masks are required

Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks while in public places.

Required Documents for your Trip

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Vaccinated travelers must have a vaccination certificate recognized by the Bahrain Government. Vaccination certificates must be from countries that have a vaccination agreement with Bahrain, countries eligible for a visa on arrival, and vaccination certificates from Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Mandatory contact-tracing app
Travelers must activate the BeAware Bahrain application and sign a self-isolation agreement. Travelers must pay for their COVID-19 testing in Bahrain through the app. Travelers may also use the app to verify their COVID-19 vaccination.

Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 6.
