Details and Exemptions:Entry restrictions do not apply to:
-Cook Islanders (as verified via Cook Islands Status stamp);
-Permanent Residents of the Cook Islands;
-Cook Islands work permit holders;
-Cook Islands resident permit holders.

Required Documents for your Trip

Mandatory travel authorization
Travelers are required to request permission to travel to the Cook Islands from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration. They should email their request to: [email protected].

Details and Exemptions:Travelers who do not have a Cook Islands stamp or a permit issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Immigration will be required to complete a Medical Immigration form before departure.
