Travelers are allowed to enter Cuba by air. Please check quarantine and/or testing requirements before traveling.

5 days quarantine
Mandatory quarantine
Travelers must quarantine for 5 days on arrival at designated government-approved hotels at their own cost. Travelers must take a test on day 5 and if the test is negative, they may end their quarantine.
Travelers who test positive for COVID-19 will be taken to a government-run facility for further testing and treatment.
This requirement may change on November 7th, 2021. Please check again closer to this date for further information.

COVID-19 test required
COVID-19 test may be required on arrival
Travelers will be randomly selected to take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival in Cuba.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks at the airport and on the bus during the transfer to the hotel.

Mandatory health declaration form
All travelers must present a completed health declaration form to immigration on arrival in Cuba.

Mandatory health insurance
Travelers are required to have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage. If this is not possible, then they have to buy Cuban medical insurance coverage at the airport upon arrival.
Details and Exemptions:This may be included with some airline tickets, so travelers should check with their airlines.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken at an accredited testing center a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Cuba.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 2.
