Mandatory COVID-19 test on arrival
Travelers must take a COVID-19 test on arrival at their own expense. If the test is positive the traveler will be contacted at their accommodation and be taken to a government-designated facility to quarantine.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure and a maximum of 120 hours before arrival in Djibouti.
