Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers must have a valid vaccination certificate showing they have had the final dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
Details and Exemptions:Travelers unable to present a valid certificate may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results before arrival
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be issued a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Iraq.
Details and Exemptions:Travelers to the Iraqi Kurdistan Region are required to bring a negative COVID-19 PCR test result, unless they are fully vaccinated. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours before departure.
Travelers arriving without a negative test result will be required to take a COVID-19 PCR test, at their own cost, at the Kurdistan Region airports.
