Details and Exemptions:Fully vaccinated travelers are required to have a vaccination certificate issued in the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, or the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada.

Travelers arriving from countries that are not the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, and the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada must have a vaccination certificate in English or in the language of the exit State. These documents may be presented in paper or electronic form.

Masks are required

Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers aged 13 years and older must wear masks in public places where physical distancing is not possible. Travelers aged 7 years and older must wear masks in public transport.

Fully vaccinated travelers are required to have a vaccination certificate issued in the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, or the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Israel, New Zealand, or Canada.

Travelers arriving from countries that are not the EU Member States and EEA countries, the Swiss Confederation, and the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, or Canada must have a vaccination certificate in English or in the language of the exit State. These documents may be presented in paper or electronic form.

Details and Exemptions:Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.

Mandatory travel authorization form
Travelers are required to complete an electronic confirmation form a maximum of 48 hours before arrival in Latvia. Travelers will receive a QR code that must be submitted to the border guard official.
