Other Things to Take Note Of
Health screening on arrival
Health screening is required for all travelers on arrival. Travelers displaying COVID-19 symptoms will be required to take a test and quarantine until the results are known.

Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers must complete a health declaration form.
The form is available during flight or at the airport.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results before arrival
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result from a test taken a maximum of 72 hours before arrival in Malawi.
Travelers can show proof via Trusted Travel Africa’s CDC COVID-19 digital certificate. Otherwise, they can register with Global Haven.
All COVID-19 test certificates must be in English or translated into English. Any certificate that is not in English will be considered invalid and the traveler will be tested at their own cost and will be required to self-quarantine until the results of a new test are known.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 1.
