Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate in Romanian, English, French, German, Italian, or Russian. The vaccination certificate is valid if at least 14 days have passed since the receiving of the complete vaccination schedule.

Mandatory health pass for public activity
Travelers, in order to attend any show, concert, festival, theater, cinema, concert hall, nightclub, dance floor, and other venues and activities in Moldova, must have one of the following documents:
-A negative COVID-19 PCR test or an antigen test;
-A COVID-19 vaccine certificate;
-A recovery certificate from COVID-19 in the previous 6 months;
-A COVID-19 antibodies certificate, valid for 90 days from the exam date.
This decision does not apply to restaurants or cafes.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 18.
