Nigeria: Open for Travel

Travel is allowed with restrictions
Travelers from selected countries who do not have a travel history in selected countries during the 14 days before their arrival are allowed to enter Nigeria. Please check the documentation, quarantine, and/or testing requirements before traveling.

Quarantine-Free

No quarantine for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers arriving from selected countries are not required to quarantine on arrival.

Mandatory COVID-19 test on day 2
Fully vaccinated travelers from selected countries are required to take a COVID-19 test on day 2 after arrival in Nigeria.

Travelers must wear masks in public places such as on public transportation.

Required Documents for your Trip

Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to register on the travel portal, and they are advised to begin their registration the moment they receive their COVID-19 PCR negative test result.

During registration, travelers must also book and pay for a test to be taken on day 7 after arrival.

Once registered, an email is submitted to them with their Permit to Travel, which is required to be shown to the airline before boarding.
