Entry restricted for international travelers
Travelers are not allowed to enter or transit through Palestine. The international airport is closed to all travelers for both entering and exiting Palestine.
Details and Exemptions:This does not apply to passengers with an entry approval issued by the Population and Immigration Authority of Israel or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel.

Quarantine is required
Mandatory quarantine for vaccinated travelers
Travelers with a valid vaccination or recovery certificate are required to quarantine until they receive the result of the COVID-19 PCR test taken on arrival in Israel or quarantine for 24 hours (whichever is earlier).

Mandatory COVID-19 test on arrival
All travelers must take a COVID-19 PCR test on arrival. Travelers must pay for COVID-19 PCR tests required for entry to Israel either on arrival in Israel or before travel.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers are required to wear masks in public places, on flights, and public transportation.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
Travelers must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before departure.
A negative COVID-19 test result must be presented in English and have the traveler’s passport number on it.
