Quarantine-Free

No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to quarantine on arrival in Paraguay.

COVID-19 test required

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results
All travelers, including those vaccinated, must present a negative COVID-19 (RNA tests: RT-PCR, LAMP, or NAAT) test result. The test must be taken a maximum of 72 hours before boarding the flight. Alternatively, antigen tests taken a maximum of 24 hours before boarding are also accepted.

Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 12;
-Travelers who have had COVID-19 in the last 14-90 days before arrival with their COVID-19 test results from an RT-PCR, LAMP, or NAAT test.

Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks in enclosed public places and on public transportation.

Required Documents for your Trip

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, showing 14 days have passed since they received all the doses required for full vaccination.

Travelers unable to present a valid certificate may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.

Mandatory health declaration form
Travelers are required to complete the Traveler’s Health Information form a maximum of 24 hours before arrival in Paraguay.

Details and Exemptions:Once the form is submitted, there will be an option to print the submitted form. The printed version contains a barcode that will let passengers pass through the Ministry of Health checkpoint when leaving the airplane.

Travelers from selected countries are required to have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage.

Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Paraguayan citizens and residents;
-Foreign children under 18 years old whose parent/s are Paraguayan;
