Quarantine-Free
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Vaccinated travelers from selected countries are not required to quarantine on arrival in Poland.
Details and Exemptions:Children up to 12 years of age crossing internal borders are exempt from quarantine if they travel under the care of adults who are vaccinated against COVID-19 or who have a negative COVID-19 test taken a maximum of 48 hours before crossing the border.

Travelers arriving from selected countries are not required to present proof of negative COVID-19 test to enter Poland.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers aged 4 years and older must wear masks while in indoor and outdoor public places such as on public transport, in stores, and in other public buildings across Poland. Face coverings must be cloth or medical-type masks. Face shields, visors, scarves, or other types of face coverings are not permitted as substitutes for masks.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. Travelers are considered fully vaccinated once 14 days have passed since they completed the vaccination process for an EU-approved vaccine.
Travelers unable to present a valid certificate may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
Travelers have the option to present proof via EU Digital Certificate.

Mandatory passenger locator form
Travelers must fill up a passenger locator form before travel. A digital form filled online is preferred but travelers can still fill a paper form provided by the airline.
