Quarantine-Free

No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers
Citizens and residents of Serbia, who are fully vaccinated, are not required to quarantine on arrival.

Details and Exemptions:Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued only by countries with which there is an agreement on the recognition of vaccination like Serbian, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovenian, Turkish, UAE, Czechian, and Indian authorities, or with which there is reciprocity in the recognition of the vaccination certificate like Croatia, Slovakia, Georgia, Morocco, Cyprus, Lebanon, Moldova, San Marino, Tunisia, Armenia, Egypt, and Germany.

Serbian citizens and residents must have a certificate of complete vaccination issued by the competent health institution of the Republic of Serbia, or the competent authority of the foreign state in which the traveler was vaccinated.

COVID-19 test required

Proof of negative COVID-19 test results may be required for vaccinated travelers
Travelers who were vaccinated in the United States are required to have a negative COVID-19 (RT-PCR or antigen FIA rapid) test result. The test result must be issued a maximum of 48 hours before arrival.

Travelers vaccinated outside the United States who are able to present a certificate recognized by the Serbian Government are not required to present COVID-19 test results.

If there is a delay in entering the Republic of Serbia, which cannot be attributed to the travelers’ fault, and is a consequence of an external event that could not have been foreseen, avoided, or eliminated – delay of the flight, the departure of buses, trains, etc, then tests up to 72 hours prior to entering the Republic of Serbia will be accepted.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers who are fully vaccinated must present a COVID-19 vaccination certificate issued only by countries with which there is an agreement on the recognition of vaccination like Serbian, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovenian, Turkish, UAE, Czechian, and Indian authorities, or with which there is reciprocity in the recognition of the vaccination certificate like Croatia, Slovakia, Georgia, Morocco, Cyprus, Lebanon, Moldova, San Marino, Tunisia, Armenia, Egypt, and Germany.

Travelers aged 12 to 18 years without a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test or a negative FIA Rapid Antigen test, i.e. without a vaccination certificate, or a recovery certificate are required to submit to the territorially competent public health institute in the Republic of Serbia, either COVID-19 RT-PCR test or an antigen test issued by the reference laboratory of the Republic of Serbia. The test must be taken a maximum of 48 hours after the arrival.

Travelers unable to present a valid certificate recognized by the Serbian Government will be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
