Mandatory proof of vaccination
Fully vaccinated travelers arriving from selected countries must have a vaccination certificate showing they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before their arrival.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 12.

Mandatory Entry Form
Travelers must complete an Entry Form online a maximum of 72 hours before departure to Turkey. Travelers must show proof of having completed the form.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers in transit;
-Travelers under the age of 6.
