Quarantine-Free
No quarantine required for vaccinated travelers

COVID-19 test not required
No proof of a negative COVID-19 test is required for vaccinated travelers
Fully vaccinated travelers are not required to present proof of negative COVID-19 test to enter Ukraine.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Wearing masks is mandatory in public transportation and indoor public places.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 6.

Required Documents for your Trip
Mandatory proof of vaccination
Vaccinated travelers must present receipt of at least 1 dose of vaccination against COVID-19 with vaccines included by WHO in the list approved for use in emergency situations.
Vaccines currently included: Pfizer/BioNTech, Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen, AstraZeneca/Covishield (India), AstraZeneca/SKBio (South Korea), Moderna/Spikevax, Sinopharm (Vero Cell), CoronaVac (Sinovac).
Travelers with access to the EU Digital Certificate may use it to present proof.
Travelers unable to present a valid certificate may be required to comply with rules for unvaccinated travelers.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers in transit who do not leave the transit zone of the airport;
-Travelers under the age of 12.

Mandatory health insurance
Travelers are required to have valid health insurance with COVID-19 coverage purchased from a company registered in Ukraine or a foreign company that has a representative office or an insurance partner in Ukraine.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Ukraine citizens and residents;
-Travelers in transit who do not leave the transit zone of the airport;
-Foreigners permanently residing in Ukraine, diplomats accredited to Ukraine, refugees, plane or ship crews, and NATO personnel training the Ukrainian military.

Optional Documents for your Trip
Health pass may be required for hotels and restaurants
Travelers are required to carry one of the following to avoid any restrictions in restaurants or accommodations:
-Confirmation of at least one dose of COVID-19 vaccine (vaccination certificates, EU COVID Certificate, international certificates should be used);
-Proof of recovery from COVID-19, in the form of a COVID certificate;
-Negative result of PCR test or rapid antigen test taken in a maximum of 72 hours before entry.
Details and Exemptions:This restriction does not apply to children under 18 years old.
