In this post-pandemic state, many countries are starting to open their borders to all the travellers and some countries are even allowing these travellers to visit their country without a visa. As for Saudi Arabia, there are some countries in the world that allow Saudi citizens to visit with no visa for some period of time.
Europe
Albania

Saudi citizens can travel to Albania without obtaining a visa. Proof of a negative pre-departure COVID-19 test result and proof of vaccination is no longer required for Albania. As for the Saudi passport, it has to be valid for at least 6 months and with 2 clear new passport pages with no stamps. Saudi citizens can stay in Albania for as long as they want, which is very good news for all Saudi Iqama holders.

The Americas

Saudi Arabian citizens are allowed to enter Barbados without a visa for up to 90 days. Upon arrival, fully-vaccinated citizens are only obligated to show proof of their vaccination and they may get selected for a random PCR testing at the airport. Quarantine is also scrapped from the Barbados travel restriction, so Saudi Arabian citizens are allowed to travel without quarantine.

Just like the other GCC countries, Bahrain grants Saudi citizens an unlimited stay in the country without a visa. Currently, Bahrain is now fully open to travellers from all over the world. Furthermore, there is NO longer a requirement to quarantine, or conduct a PCR test upon arrival. Additionally, travellers arriving in the Kingdom of Bahrain via the King Fahd Causeway are NOT required to present a PCR test for entry.

Vanuatu

Vanuatu is one of the countries in Oceania that grants Saudi citizens a period of stay without a visa for up to 30 days. As of now, travellers who wish to come to Vanuatu are no longer required to present proof of vaccination and quarantine. As of now, proof of negative pre-departure COVID-19 test results is not required.

Africa
Morocco

Saudi citizens are allowed to travel to Morocco for 90 days without a visa. However, upon their arrival, they are obliged to fill out a health declaration form before they travel to Morocco and travellers under 12 years old are exempt from this requirement. No PCR test is required for vaccinated travellers, only proof of vaccination is needed to enter Morocco.
