For Wego users with an active booking
Step 1: Check your booking in My Trips
Open My Trips in the Wego app or website and check for:
- Booking status updates for your flight and hotel
- Refund status — if you’ve submitted a refund request, the latest status is now visible directly in My Trips
Please note that My Trips shows updates for bookings made directly on Wego. If you booked through an airline or partner website, check your flight status with the airline and contact your original booking provider.
Step 2: Track your flight before taking action
Use Flight Status to confirm what is happening right now.
Check:
- Latest flight status
- Updated departure or arrival times
- Any route or airport changes
Step 3: Take the right next action based on timing
If your flight is within the next 24 hours:
- Contact Wego Customer Support and stay connected for an agent.
- Keep monitoring Flight Status while you wait.
Have this ready before you contact support:
- Booking reference or ticket number
- Passenger name as shown on the passport
- Flight number and departure date
- Email or phone used for the booking
If your flight is beyond the next 24 hours:
- Keep checking My Trips for booking updates.
- Monitor Flight Status for changes.
- Contact support if your situation is urgent, or if you see a confirmed change that you cannot accept.
Cancellations and refunds
Flexible options may be available due to the situation (where applicable). These may include changes, cancellations, and refunds.
What to do:
- Start in My Trips to see what is available for your booking.
- If your flight was cancelled and not rescheduled, you can submit a refund request directly using the Refund Request Form — no need to call or email first.
- Hotel cancellations follow the rules in your booking confirmation email
- If your booking is non-refundable and your stay is in an affected area, Wego can ask the hotel or supplier for an exception, but it’s not guaranteed.
- If options are not clear, contact Wego Customer Support.
About refund timelines: Due to the ongoing disruptions affecting flights in the Middle East, airlines are currently taking longer than usual to process refunds. Once Wego receives the funds from the airline, they will be returned to your original payment method. This process can take some time. Wego will keep you updated on the status of your refund.
