Travelers who received a full course of vaccination for COVID-19 with a valid certificate arriving from selected countries are not required to have a negative COVID-19 test on arrival in Montenegro.

Masks are required
Masks are mandatory in public
Travelers must wear masks in public places indoors and outdoors where it isn’t possible to provide a distance of 2 meters.
Details and Exemptions:This requirement does not apply to:
-Travelers under the age of 5.

Mandatory proof of vaccination
Travelers must have a valid vaccination certificate showing they received the 2nd dose of the vaccine given in 2 doses or the 1st dose with the vaccine given in 1 dose to enter Montenegro.
