  • enter the necessary details on the Meta platform.
  • select the icon for the service.
  • choose the services within the preferred sector.
  • click on the icon for the card-receiving application.
  • set a date for reserving the civil card collection.
  • specify appointment details, including date and time.
  • on your appointment day, head to the PACI at the scheduled time.
  • once at the branch, provide your documents and wait for your turn. An officer will validate your information, capture your photo, and take your fingerprints. After the verification process, you’ll receive your Civil ID.
