Visitors from certain countries can apply for an electronic visit visa immediately, pay the fees, and print the visa before traveling to Jordan. Categories are as follows:

Countries that require approval
Citizens from other nationalities that aren’t listed above will need to get prior approval. The approval process is included when you apply for the visa online; you just need to apply online, pay the fees, and print out the approval notice.
Required documents for this category:
- A copy of the passport of the applicant/visitor or a valid travel document for a period of not less than 6 months
- A copy of the residence of the applicant/visitor in the country where they reside for a period of not less than 6 months if they reside in a country other than their country of origin
- A copy of the passport of the application owner/sponsor in case they are not Jordanians
- A copy of the residence permit of the application owner if he/she resides in Jordan
- A copy of the valid professions license if the application is submitted by a company/institution

Jordan tourist visa fee
The cost of a single-entry tourist visa is 40 JD.
However, if you’re applying as a visitor from a country that requires approval, you will have to pay an additional service fee of 2 JD per person.

- Visa, Master Card, and American Express
- Official banks or exchange offices that allow electronic payments
Note that you may be able to waive the fee if you apply for a Jordan Pass.
