The inauguration ceremony took place on 1st April 2024, with the Indian Ambassador to Kuwait, Dr. Adarsh Swaika, presiding over the event. This center is the fourth of its kind in Kuwait, reflecting the growing cooperation and mutual respect between India and Kuwait.
