Passengers arriving from Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Botswana, Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Rep., Chad, China (People’s Rep.), Comoros, Congo, Congo (Dem. Rep.), Cote d’Ivoire, Cyprus, Djibouti, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, Fiji, Gabon, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea (Dem. 3. Airline crew must have a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result. The test must have been taken at most 72 hours before arrival.
4. Passengers with a medical certificate with a negative Coronavirus (COVID-19) test result are allowed to transit. They are subject to contact tracing by the Health Authorities for 14 days and must not have respiratory symptoms.

 

Detailed Tourist Information

Nicaragua does not have entry restrictions in place. Anyone who does enter Nicaragua is required to have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 test result, and the test must have been taken no more than 72 hours before arrival.
